She also aids many clients in marketing and promotion strategies for commercial real estate transactions.

Alice Ding also maintains good relationships with several small and medium-sized businesses and can provide professional advice on your commercial real estate and business operations.

Licensed real estate agent May Chen specializes in property leasing and management, having managed nearly a thousand rental properties over the past decade. She possesses extensive experience in maintenance, renovations, cleaning, and rental law. May is also familiar with the preferred school districts and neighborhoods within the Chinese community, excelling in the sale of single-family homes and townhouses, often achieving the highest prices in various Chinese communities.
